The whole hotel is very clean and the bathrooms and bathtub are also very clean which I don't find often in other hotels. The location is great as you can easily walk to the city center. The bed was huge as well.

Wow, an expected experience!! All the staff receptionists, security and housekeeping really do a great job!! The room was like a haven!! Very relaxing All the staff take care of us like their family members. I have traveled to Hatyai many times. This is the first time I stayed in such a great hotel have been inspired!! I feel like staying at home with no heart to leave the hotel.. If, in future, anytime I come to Hatyai, I will only stay at this hotel🫶🫶🫶.. last but not last.. I have been a hotelier working for more then 20 years in 5-star hotels!!! I would recommend this hotel to everyone 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

1. A big room with twin bed and a big bathroom including bathtub. 2. Very comfortable and clean. Can open the windows. 3. Convenient location, can walk to many good restaurants. 4. Very Good services. 5. Hot water and water pressure were just nice.

The location t the center is quite near. The staff upgrade my room to the premium room without additional charge. The room is so spacious and swimming pool view. The check in and check out procedure also quite fast. A lot of parking space for those who drive.

Pretty good hotel, probably one of the best in Hat Yai. Room was huge and very spacious, and so was the bathroom. Restaurant was good too, and had an excellent thai breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful too,

It's very clean and spacious enough for 2. The toilet is comfortably big. There's a mini Big C around the corner, abt 3 mins walking distance from the hotel.
